Think there a bit over priced for what they are, all my RC aircraft sit in the back of the car to site then just carried out and they each have there own special place in the workshop

Carry Bag

by Stu_69 » Sun Feb 17, 2008 8:48 pm

Im using a Wingtote micro heli bag,
good for the price about $45, holds heli upright with room for spares and tx, and looks like a sports holdall.

Same as me. 8)
I made a choice not to buy one of those ally cases, and instead chose to buy a wingtote bag.
It holds everything and it will grow with me aswell. It holds up to a 450 size heli. But I get my kingv2 and my little FP along with both TX's and lipo batteries. I had to get it from a well known U.S online seller and shipped it to the UK.

i use a stanley plastic tool box. less than 20. foamed it to shape the heli and radio in the bottom. 12v battery in the bottom connects to the charger i mounted in the lid. i have a tool tray in there too for doo dads.

Yeah...shipping is a killer for that item. :?
Although I got mine when the exchange rate was at it's peak. So that helped. 8)

25" by 10". 11" deep

heli, radio, 12v in the bottom, foam cut to fit. "tool" tray fits above heli and gear. i really like it.

Nice solution.

I'd like to fly my helli in the woods when I take the dog for a walk but want a convenient "stealth" transport ruck sack. I might try a LowePro camera ruck sack but they are quite expensive, even more so because of the size required.
