Oh yeah i used to use this sim with the esky tx..

You have to go into the options menu and change the way the sim registers the tx inputs. When i was using this combo it recognized the tx as a four channel tx and not a six channel. The way i got it going was to get the collective working first and then pitch and then rudder. you dont get to change between idle on and idle off cause its on all the time. But you can still do 3D.

I'm sorry i cannot remember much more than that, but it can be done..

Once its up and running its a great little sim

Hi moggy,
I'm running HelisimRC 2.0 on Windows 7 using the Esky TX with the USB lead.
Have you flipped the two dip switches under cell 3 in your TX?

Hello, First post in this forum!

I just got a universal lead from Hong kong that works great with my DX6i and helisim. It was only £1.80 + a couple of quid postage. Bargain! :D

I can PM you with the seller name and link if you like.

I just made my own and it works fine

normal audio jack plug tip of jack plug to pin number 1 on the s-video plug and and bottom part of the jack plug (ground) to the Ground of the s-video.

I got the info i need from here
