Esky HBv2 Binding Problem

by Shaz69 » Sun Sep 30, 2012 5:05 am

I just bought a new 4 in 1 mix controller, I'm having problem binding with my TX. The receiver keeps on blinking red and green and I have no idea how to bind it.

If i pushed tiny tiny button at the mix controller, still nothing happen.

Can someone guide me? Here is the recording.

Binding the HBFP 4-1
This is the ESky binding procedure:

First, try to unbind:
1. Turn off Transmitter (TX)
2. Connect batt to 4in-1
3. Press the bind button on back side of RX, till yellow lights flashes constantly (quick)
4. Disconnect battery

Then, bind the new TX
1. Turn off TX
2. turn on RX
3. turn on TX
4. the light of the RX (orange) will start to flash slowly, and then fast.
5. binding is complete

I still cant get it to work.. Im getting the green and red blinking even after the binding..
Or is it because the TX (used for big lama) isnt compatible with HBV2 4 in 1?

i would say that could be a major possibility.

The ET4 transmitter is the same as the HBFP supplied one.
Try moving the Tx slightly further away. It may be too close.
Failing that, you'll need to try a new tx and a 4 in 1 to work out which does not work
